I am researching the following names: James NORRIS (1792-1856) in Harford County, MD, and Columbiana County, OH, and Ruth BOYLES Norris (1799-1869) in Allegany County, MD, Jefferson County, OH, and Columbiana County, OH; Henry BOYLES (late 1700s-early 1800s) and Rebecca BARCUS Boyles (late 1700s-early 1800s) in Allegany County, MD, and Jefferson County, OH; Thomas BARCUS (?-1815) in Allegany County, MD; Enoch YOUNG (early 1800s) and Sarah BELL Young (early 1800s) in OH, PA, and MD; Patrick RYAN (early 1800s) and Margaret MULCAHEY Ryan (early 1800s) in Ireland, Pittsburgh, PA, and Steubenville, OH; Dennis RYAN (early to mid 1800s) and Ellen LUTHER Ryan (early to mid 1800s) in Ireland and Pittsburgh, Allegheny, PA; KIMMICH/KIMMICK (mid 1800s) in Germany and Allegheny County, PA; STROBEL (mid 1800s) in Germany and Allegheny County, PA; BELL and MCCRACKEN (early 1800s) in Scotland; RYAN/RHINE (early 1800s) in Ireland and England; MCCONVILLE (mid 1800s) in England. Of special interest is Friedrich Wilhelm KIMMICH, born 30 April 1845, who was the illegitimate son of Caroline KIMMICH. He was born in Wurttemberg, Germany. Friedrich married Caroline Dorothy STROBEL (from the same region). I do not know if they married in Germany or the USA, but their children were born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania between 1867 and 1885. Any information would be appreciated. I am willing to share my information. Other surnames include but are not limited to: HANKINS, RIGGS, CISAD/COSAD, BROWN, BARNES, HODGSON, LOCKE, TURNBULL, JACKSON, DOWSEY, JOHNSON/JOHANNESSON, BENJAMINSSON/STEN/STONE, ANDREASSON, ANDERSDOTTER, LARSDOTTER, PETERSDOTTER, and SVENSSON.
