McKeesport Daily News 14 Aug 1909 MRS. MARY BARNES Mrs. Mary Barnes, one of the pioneer residents of the Monongahela valley, died yesterday morning at her home in Camden. She had reached the ripe old age of 80 years. She had been ill for only a brief time with a complication of ailments. Mrs. Barnes was born in England, but she had spent nearly all her life in western Pennsylvania. For the past 50 years she had been identified with the Latter Day Saints' church. Deceased is survived by her husband and the following children: George Jackson, Robert, Matthew and Mrs. Robert Brown of New England and J. W. Barnes of this city. The funeral services will be held at the family residence on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The interment will be in Mt. Lebanon church cemetery.
