NORRIS, KENNETH E.

Age 86, of Venice, FL, died on December 8, 2004. He was born
on February 13, 1918 in Grafton, WV, and came to Venice in
1981 from Pittsburgh, PA. He retired as Chairman of Rolling
Operations with US Steel after 45 years with the company. He
was a member and Elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints, and served as Director of the Family
History Center in Port Charlotte and also served a mission in
1994-95 with the Church's Family History Library in Salt Lake
City, Utah. He was also a lifetime member of the Association
of Iron and Steel Engineers and the Heisey Collectors of
America. Surviving family members include his wife of 66
years, Margaret B. Norris of Venice; daughter Elizabeth Ann
Banzen of Venice; son Robert K. Norris, Capt., Ret.; sister
Ruth Ann Sanders of Crown Point, IN; brothers, Walter and
Donald Norris, both of Pittsburgh, PA; two grandchildren and
one great-grandchild. A Memorial service will be scheduled at
