This photo is a collection of some of the great-grandchildren of Margaret DOWSEY and George BROWN. Margaret and George immigrated to the Monongahela Valley in Allegheny County from County Durham in England. They arrived in the valley about 1850. Top far right is my mother, Margaret Barnes BROWN Norris, and her brother and sister. The lady on the camel is Myrtle Alma BROWN Mazzanti. The picture on the right is Myrtie and her sisters. The photos were taken during the 1950's and 1960's.
