He married HENDRIKA MARIA KRIJNEN 15 May 1954 in Pretoria, South Africa, daughter of JACOBUS KRIJNEN and MARIA STEUR. She was born 05 Oct 1935 in Bussum, Holland.

Notes for RONALD PETER WRONSLEY:
Walter, Peter's father, named his son Ivan Rocco after his two drinking buddies. Upon declaring the news to Agnes, she made him go back and re-register their son Ronald Peter. Walter was Jewish and Agnes Catholic. He would always sit outside the church every Sunday. He never converted. They were married in the magistrates office. Ronald Peter was baptized in the Catholic church.

Namesake: 23 May 1932, Named after two friends of his father, Ivan and Rocco. Mom made old man change the name to Ronald Peter.

Notes for HENDRIKA MARIA KRIJNEN:
During WW2 the children had to be vaccinated against Diphtheria. After witnessing the other children screaming and crying after being injected, Riekie ran off and was never vaccinated. She caught Diphtheria soon afterwards and very nearly didn't survive.

Immigration: Left Holland for SA on 25 March 1948 arriving on 1 April aboard the S.S. Indrapoerq. The family endured the Occupation of Holland in WW2.
