He was married to Amy NEWMAN (daughter of Hollie E. NEWMAN and Gladys Jean ADAMS). Amy NEWMAN was born about 1963 in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. Kevin W. NORMAN and Amy NEWMAN had the following children:

As a Philo High School Junior basketball player she posted a double-double in a 74-57 win over Sheridan (15 points and 10 rebounds) and averages 14 points and over eight rebounds per contest while shooting over 50 percent from the field. She also plays volleyball and softball. She is an honor roll student.
