6. PHINEAS⁴ KING (JOSEPH³, JOHN², JOHN¹) was born September 27, 1707 in Northampton, Massachusetts, and died January 10, 1769 in Southampton, Massachusetts. He married ANNA ROBINSON 1730, daughter of THOMAS ROBINSON and SARAH GRAVES.

Notes for PHINEAS KING:
-In 1730, he married Anna Robinson of Guilford, CT, who was born in 1715. They removed to the new settlement of Southampton, MA in 1733, being among the very first settlers. Together they had five children, including four girls, Sarah who married Daniel Stone; Clarinda who married Asahel Burge; Anna who married Robert Danks; and Princess who married Phineas Clapp. They had one son, Douglas. Phineas died on January 10, 1769. Anna died on August 27, 1785 (JRT:2).
