My database contains about 22,000 souls. I have the most information on these family lines:
Brady (from c. 1025)
Cole (from 1579)
Glenn (from 1717)
Kartchner/Kirchner (from c. 1580)
Gale (from c. 1600)
Wil(l)cox (from 1689)

I would very much like information on the following families:

Kartchner, Barghouti and Quinnelly, (or any obvious variants of these) anywhere and any time period.

Moore, Finch, Condon, Lydick, Hall, Wilson, McQuain, Law, and McClain, mostly of Belmont, Guernsey, Muskingum, Tuscarawas, and Coshocton counties in Ohio.

Ruley, Selby, Shelton, Benson, Groom(e), Jowles, Doyle, Smith and Steward of early (prior to 1800) Maryland.

Lavender, Sanders, McDaniel, Brady, and Carr of Alabama and Mississippi.

Caygill, Holliday, Brass, Summerhill, Bayley, Galloway, Packer, Richardson, Willis, Dodds, and Dawson of Yorkshire, Wiltshire and Northumberland, England.

Ferguson and McCormick of Scotland.

Out of sheer frustration from trying to track my Moore line in Ohio, I have begun collecting information on ALL Moore families in the area prior to 1900. The approximately 2,500 individuals I have found to date are included in the report "Moore and More Moores". If you find a connection to your Moore line here, please let me hear from you. It is possible that I am only repeating information you have posted somewhere else on the web. Let's trade information so we can unscramble these lines!

My information comes from a variety of sources. Early on, I was not very good at keeping track of sources. PLEASE TAKE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HERE AS A LEAD FOR YOUR OWN RESEARCH!************************************************************************************

I owe a large debt of gratitude to many distant cousins who have contributed to my database by sharing their research with me. Thanks, Guys!

If you find a connection to one of your families here, please let me know.

The book, "Just a Few Thousand Kinfolks" contains most of the family lines I am working on, minus the living generations. The report, "The Whole Enchilada" contains everyone in my database, and their spouse, if known.

This is my 3g-grandfather, father of twenty-one children; progenitor of a large clan of Kartchners, and an early LDS pioneer to Arizona. William kept a detailed journal for much of his life, which gives an eloquent description of events and people that touched him.
