Fayette Co., Ala, Probate Court Minutes 1 Pps 533-536 Jesse Barnes Estate ) In final settlement with Abram Howton March 12 1855 )Admr. 2nd Monday in March 1855. Be it remembered that on this the 12th day of March 1855. before the Probate Court of said County came Abram Howton Administrator of the Estate of Jesse Barnes late of said County deceased and prays that his account as Administrator as aforesaid as presented stated and reported to the present term of the Court for allowance be allowed. and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the intention of said Administrator to have his said account as stated presented and reported to this present term of the court for allowance has been advertised in the Fayette Banner the time prescr ibed by law. And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the court that Burr W Wilson has been appointed Guard ian ad litem for the minor heirs of said Estate, and has accepted said appointment and is here present in court and have proceeded to perform the duty required of him as such Guardian aforesaid (????cut off at bottom of page????) eration of said account stated prescribed and reported to this present term of the court for allowance as aforesaid and no exception being made to the same or any part thereof and it further appearing to the satisfaction of the court that by said account stated presented and reported as aforesaid for allowance at this present time of the court that the said Abram Howton Administrator as aforesaid is chargable with the sum of Five hundred and fifty nine & 74/100 dollars, and entitled to credits amounting to the sum of one hundred and Eleven & 67/100 dollars leaving a balance in the hands of said Admr. for distribution, the sum of four hun- dred and forty Eight & 07/100 dollars. It is therefore ordered and decreed by the court that the said account of the said Abram Howton Administrator as aforesaid, as stated presented & reported to this present term for allowance, be allowed, as stated as aforesaid, and that the same together with the vouchers there unto belonging be filed and recorded.
