I'm researching into the Thear family in England, with forays into linked families, such as the Jewells, also of England. I know that there was a largish colony of Thears in Sawbridgeworth in Hertfordshire in the 19th centruy, and I am currently trying to link all these families together. There may also be a link to the Thears of America. Any help would be greatly appreciated
