In addition to his surviving legitimate children (Edward, Mary, and Elizabeth), Henry VIII, King of England, had at least one illegitimate son and several other suspected illegitimate children. Two of these probable children were Sir John Perrott (whose mother was Mary Berkeley) and Henry Carey, Lord Hunsdon (whose mother was Mary Boleyn, the sister of Anne Boleyn). Cary Elwes' descents from these two men are included in the next two charts.
