Uncle 'Joe' dinned with nephew Jim Bauer and his wife Shelby at the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, St. Helena, Calif. This was a special treat for everyone as Joe's youngest son, Paul Richard Sartory, was the Executive Chef at the time in 1995.
