After seven years of research and with the help of many Baxby family members, together with various professional Genealogists, we now have the Baxby Family Tree available for your viewing.
Please note that prior to the 1650 period, records were almost non existant, and therefore we have matched the family names as best we could from the records that were available.
Many records do however conflict, especially with names and dates. Also, much confusion over actual names. EG: Baxby may have been taken as a family name when in fact it was merely the place name.
Despite all of the above, we are fairly confident that the information is as accurate as can be at this stage.
For any budding genealogists out there, please note that there are many Baxby records showing up on the internet with different dates etc to those shown in this family tree. Please be assured that we have checked and verified most of them as being "incorrect". So please do not think we have missed out a few names, or got it wrong...
