I am researching the BEATY family from Washington County, VA. John Beaty first appears in Va. around 1750, but I don't know where he was before that. He married Margaret Montgomery and they had ten sons and one daughter: Thomas, Pleasant, James, Andrew, William, Alexander, John Jr, David, Martin, George and Phoebe. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
