This is Milton Altizer, my Grandma Belcher's brother, with my grandfather, Henry Belcher, in Logan County, West Virginia, in 1950. Uncle Mildy, as daddy always called him, is on the left. Uncle Mildy was a bachelor, and he was born in 1886 and died in 1966. Everyone said he was a very nice man.
