Hi,
The wife of Alexander Strickland was Mary Fowler. It is thought that Henry Strickland ( my husband's Great-Great- Grandfather) was their son. Henry Strickland reared his family in Lumpkin Co. Ga. I do not know where he is buried. he married Nancy Howell in 1841 in Lumpkin Co, Ga. Another son was Joshua Strickland. Two of the sons of Henry Strickland and Nancy Howell Strickland were Alexander and Thomas.
