This is Debbie's grandfather, on her mother's side. Marshall had the same fever, which killed Ada Thompson-Harper-Singleton, but his grandmother, Clora Campbell, fed him chicken and dumplings, and made him get well. The doctor had told her to stop feeding him, but she wouldn't, and this helped him recover. Marshall Watson, Sr. (March 14, 1897-May 14, 1980)
