The name Rachel Todd Kiel is a family name. Rachel was Celia Todds' first cousin. Celia was my great, great, great, great grandmother, on Martha Todd Williams' side. Celis was Martha's grandmother. The other names are also family names. Any further information on these names would be greatly appreciated.
