Dr. Richard Baxter NORMENT II was son of Richard Baxter NORMENT Sr, called Judge Norment (I do not have a photo of the judge). He was b in DC 1858, lived in Westminster MD & Orlando FL. Judge NORMENT died in Washington DC in 1896 and is buried in Glenwood Cem.
