Joseph Arthur is said to have ridden with the Pony Express. He moved to South Dakota seeking his future, and was killed while logging there. A tree fell on him, and he died from complications and is buried at the Price Cemetery in Belle Forche, SD.

3. HENRY² MIMS , CSA (DAVID¹) was born Mar 11, 1825 in Telfair Co., GA, and died Oct 25, 1898. He married PATIENCE REBECCA SHUMAN, daughter of RUEL SHUMAN and MARGARET (UNKNOWN).
