"The Desendants of Noah Fountain and Susannah Moss"

Hello!This homepage was created as a means of getting in touch with the decendants of NOAH and SUSANNAH MOSS FOUNTAIN who lived in Jefferson County, Georgia in the late 1700's. They had four children, Noah born 10/12/1806 married Emily Gordon, William born abt. 1809, Robert Jackson born 1816 married Martha Potts and a daugther born abt 1811.This family moved to the Dale County, Alabama area after Noah died.I hope to communicate with anyone who has an interest in these folks.
I am also re-searching other family names which include:BENNETT, BYRD, FRIDAY, GILLIS, HATTON, LANGFORD, MERRICK, MORELAND, POTTS, SCOTT, WARE & WATSON. Most of the names listed were from the Dale County, Alabama area and migrated to Texas after the Civil War. Please contact me if you have a connection with any of these names.
