Dear Parents Brother and Sisters

I take this opportunity to in form you that I am Well at present and hoape theas fiew lines will finde you all well I received your letter and was glad to heare from you the reason that I did not rite before was be cause I did not know what time I should get the money or not you can tell Mr Shafer that I cannot pay him before the middle of may the money is do but I cannot get it before then I am disappointed and must disappoint him Just as quick as I get it I shal send it to you and you can give it to him gow and see him and see what he says and rite to me and let me know I have one hundred and thirty dollars do me now tele John that I am a commin home next fall and then hew will get enough of me next winter sow now moare at present but still remain you affectionated Son
