He was born March 19, 1866, and died December 22, 1928. She married (2) ISAAC PHILMORE FRANKLIN February 23, 1875. He was born Abt. 1855, and died October 16, 1879.

Notes for ELLEN MELISSA WILLIAMS:
Ellen Melissa's tombstone appears to show 1857 as year of birth. She
gave her age as 18 when she married Mr. Franklin giving credence that
her date of birth was 1857. However, the 1860 census shows Ellen as
one; the 1870 census as eleven and the 1880 census as 21 lending one to
belive her birthday as May 3, 1859. The birthdate of May 3, 1858 is
taken from her obituary in the News Herald on June 18, 1943.
