Welthan Tarbox (daughter of Samuel Tarbox and Lois Matteson) was born 1764 in Frenchtown, Kent Co., RI, and died 1839. She married Duty Hopkins on March 17, 1791 in West Greenwich, Kent Co., RI, son of Henry Hopkins and Elizabeth Andrews.
