Francis lived 105 years, born near Trois Rivieres Canada in 1793; he was one of the first white settlers in Wausau, Wisconsin, where he died in 1898. He married Wealtha in Chicago in 1839 on his way there - their children were the first white children born there, and included Lucy who was married at age 14 to Dennis Hynes, and went to homestead in Winnebago, Minnesota, dying at age 20, leaving 3 children...
