  This is an 1879 photograph taken in Springfield, Massachusetts of Lucy Mercier for her upcoming performance in The Court Square Theatre there. She later married Theodore Wyrwas (b.1849) and had 9 children. Today she has thousands of descendants spread all over the United States and Canada.
