I am continuing to primarily research the the following surnames:

BICE (also BUIS, BUYS, or BUIJS) - going backward from Alabama to Georgia to Spartenburg Co, SC, to the New York area, and possibly to Holland.

BOGNER, GRELLNER, SCHWARZ, and ZIEGLER - all leading back from Oklahoma to Kansas or Illinois - and before that to Germany.

GURLEY - from Gurley, Alabama, to ? (especially ancestors of John Fletcher Gurley born Aug 14, 1868 in Morgan Co, AL)

KITCHENS - from Alabama back...(Marvin Milton Kitchens, who's father is John Harrison Kitchens - beyond that I do not know).
