Maine Family with Fr Canadian/English/Irish Links
My lineage is primarily Maine based from 1820 to current, before that time, it appears that My mother's ancestors ( Peters - White - Boullie/Bulley - Cochran - Suitter/Sutter - Jackson - Marshall - Brackett - Parks )were first generation New Brunswick, Canada residents of English (possibly Loyalists)and Irish ancestry; and my father's ancestors ( Hutchings - York - Cooper - Stickney - Meader - Austin - Lessard - Turcotte - Gilbert - Gregorie - Morin - Caouette - Loubier - Rancour - Poulin - Longchamp - Day - Grenier - Gagne - Gagnon and many more lines before 1700 ) were of Maine 1820's English families and of a long lineage of French Canadians that had first explored the areas of the St. Lawrence River and settled in areas surrounding Sainte Anne de Beaupre, Quebec, P.Q., Canada. |
