The 1881 census records two Grandsons, Seth Beagles Denton, a 13 year old Scholar and William Denton,11 a visiting Scholar, Both were born in Crowland. Also in the household was Jane Judge, a 25 year old Domestic and Servant born in Wisbech St Mary, Cambs. She could have been the future Wife of William's son Seth.
