John Kingerley Allcock (son of John Morton Allcock and Rebecca Kingerley) was born Abt. 1790 in Guyhirn, Cambridgeshire, and died date unknown. He married Hannah Wilkinson on 1811 in Parson Drove, Cambridgeshire.
Notes for John Kingerley Allcock: On 7 June 1834 John was witness to the wedding of Bennet Swain and Ann Clarke at Whaplode Drove, suggesting that he had put down some roots in village. The 1841 census shows John to be apparently estranged from his wife Hannah who was living at Parson Drove. In John's household were Susan Woodvine 40, an Unmarried Female and an apparent son James Allcock aged 6. Neither Susan or James were born in Lincolnshire leaving a possible conclusion that they were born in Parson Drove, Cambridgeshire. This apparent relationship may explain why John's wife was shown as an Ag Lab and Annuitant on the 1851 census, and why Hannah is buried at Parson Drove, with no mention of John on the Gravestone.
