Benjamin French Beagles (son of Benjamin Beagles and Sarah Ann French) was born 1861 in Whaplode Drove, Lincolnshire, and died 1951 in Herne Bay, Kent. He married Elizabeth Ann Dalton on 1884 in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Notes for Benjamin French Beagles: There is some doubt as to Benjamin's date of birth. He is on the 1871 census with his parents aged 10 months. However, later censuses show that he has aged 10 years. Unitl his birth is located in the Parish Register, his aged canot be confirmed.
The 1881 census shows Benjamin as Nephew to James Johnston a Florist and Nurseryman born in Scotland and Catherine born in Spalding. She was therefore sister to Benjamin's Mother.
The 1901 census records children not noted, due to the recentness of the date.
