Heinrich Christoph BLOEMKER (a.k.a. Christopher H. BLOEMKER) and his wife Wilhelmina Andalina (Lena) (?) were born in Lengerich, Westphalia, Prussia and emigrated to the U.S. to live in Philadelphia, PA. They had six known children: Henry W. (m. Mary ?), William Augustus (m. Anna Catherine Peterson), Charles William (my great-grandfather, m. Emma SNEE, widow COOK), Anna Elizabeth (m. William KLAUS), Ida W. (m. August V. KINDERMANN, Anna Catherine.

Michael & Anne (HOWARD) MCDONNELL were born in Ireland, and emigrated to the U.S. to live in Archbald, PA, where Michael worked as a coal miner. They had four known children: Annie, Patrick, Peter and Catherine (Kate). Patrick and Peter MCDONNELL moved to Philadelphia, PA where they married sisters, Catherine (Kate) and Mary LYNCH, both born in County Cork, IRL (parents Cornelius LYNCH and Johanna CRONIN).

Samuel & Sarah (?) LEVY were born in Poland, and emigrated to the U.S. to live in New York City, on the Lower East Side. They had eight known children: Lena, Rebecca, Rachel (m. Garfinkel), Abram, Oscar, Henriette, Fanny, Lillie; Oscar (my great-grandfather) moved to Philadelphia and married Catherine MURPHY (born in PA).

Amos Chauncy ROWE (parents H(enry) B. Rowe & Mary E. ?, stepmother Delilah RUPERT, all of Elderton, Armstrong Co., PA) married Mary Catherine SMITH (parents Sgt. Israel SMITH/De SMET [Union Army, d. Dec. 24, 1864] and Theresa/Theresia MARX/MARKS) and had five known children: Alexander Montgomery (m. Loye Marie BRETH), John Ellis (m. Margaretta Adell FRADENBURGH), Henry Eugene, Beulah (m. Elmer F. ANDERSON), and Timbrook Richard (m. Agnes, m. Helen). Henry Eugene (my great-grandfather) was born in Punxsutawney, Jefferson Co., PA, married Mary Elizabeth BARNETT in Mahaffey, Clearfield Co., PA, and the family moved to Philadelphia, PA.
