"Seth Story was a deacon in the chruch from 1712 until his death. The Stones erected on the graves of Seth and Elizabeth are still standing and in a remarkabel state of preservation. Inscriptions recorded 1939:

"The parents of Elisha Story of Boston are not documented with incontrovertible evidence, but he had a sister, Sarah Story, who married Thomas Dawes. Some half a dozen items of circumstantial evidence, including the names of the children of Sarah Story and an association of Elisha's son, William Story, with "Samuel Story of Norrige (Norwich, Connecticut)" suggest strongly that he was a son of William Story, Jr. and his wife, Susannah Fuller, of Ipswich, Massachusetts, who moved to Concord, then to Charlestown, Roxbury, and Brookline, Massachusetts, putting them in the right place to have had a son named Elisha. William Story, Jr. was one of three sons of William Story and Sarah Foster, both of whom immigrated from England to Ipswich."
