Hello... I'm pretty new to this so bear with me. My father is originally from Altha, Florida. I'm haveing a big problem tring to locate any of his relatives. His father was Joseph Daniel Bodiford who died in 1967. His mother is Monte Bodiford(Barfield) who is still alive and living somewhere in Florida. There are seven children on my fathers side; J.M, Maxium, Vivian, Benjamin, Tio, George, Gleadon. I'm currently tring to track down a lead in Bradleyton, Crenshaw County, Al. I had a Heraldry done a coupe of years ago and it mentioned an Alexander Bodiford who fought in the war of 1812, and who died in Crenshaw County, Al. I know that my fathers family settled in three states,Ga., AL. and Fl. If you have any info I'd like to hear from ya. I'll try to keep updating this page as I get more info. I'm currently in Ct. and so is my father and mother. I'm sure my father would love to hear From his family and so would I. Till then be well. |
