Minutes of the 2001 Boothby Reunion 90th Reunion The meeting was called to order at 2:13 p.m. Susan Nourse and Clete Boothby officiated. Forty three family members were present. Last year the reunion was held at the home of Willard Boothby on Christian Hill Road in Limington. This year, we returned to the Boothby residence for another wonderful day in Limington. The minutes of the 2000 reunion were read and accepted. Clete spoke about deaths in the family and other news items. A moment of silence was observed for those that died during the year. Clete brought his computer to the reunion so that information about families could be entered into his Boothby data base. So far, over 5300 people have been entered. He talked about his genealogical searches on the computer and how he has contacted many Boothby's that way. Family members were encouraged to give him their email address, so they can visit his site and see pictures and information he has, as well as use links to other sites. The hat was passed and $69 was collected. The only expense for the reunion this year was the rental of a Porta-Potty at $85. All the money collected was given to Willard Boothby to defray the cost of the rental. Ed Smith is maintaining the Boothby bank account which has a total of $345.49. The Nourse's donated the postcards and postage for this year's mailing. They agreed to do the same for next year.
