Descendants of John Boocock (1803) Family Home Page

I am researching the Boocock family in the Leeds / Bradford and surrounding villages area. John Boocock was born 23/06/1803 and first appears in the 1841 census, but I don't know where he was before that. I believe his parents were a John Boocock and Grace Spencer. He married Ann Whitaker in 1829 in Otley, West Yorkshire and they had seven sons: Enoch (Enus), Thomas, Whitaker, John, James, Joseph, Benjamin and one daughter: Emily or Amelia as she sometimes appears.
