I am mainly looking for information on my dad's side of the family, Borgers & Burgers, but if you have any comments/questions/additional information on anyone listed, please feel free to contact me. The surnames that are listed on the following pages are by no means a complete list, so feel free to email me if you have any questions.
My great grandfather, Berend Borgers immigrated to the U.S. from the Netherlands October, 1892 along with his wife, Hermina van Beek along with their five children:
Hattie
Gerrit
Evert
Marie Hermina
Berendina (Dena)

Berend's brother, Reinder Borgers, stayed in the Netherlands. Reinder and Berend's parents were Gerrit Borgers and Gerritje van Voorthuizen, they were from Ede, Gelderland, Netherlands.
Hermina van Beek is the daughter of Evert van Beek and Marrijtje van Breeschoten. Hermina had five siblings:
Mijntje van Beek
Willempje van Beek
Melis van Beek
Evertje van Beek
Maria van Beek
I'm also working on the following surnames:
Barstow
Douglas
Kirkendall
Schiphoff
Mills
Mulder
Garrison
Gerbranda
van Beek
van Breeschoten
Jochemsen
van Donkervoort

Most of the pictures listed below are from my mom's side of the family, Barstow's and Douglas. Have VERY few of the Borgers side. If you have any.....
