2. Obituary for ZELLA J. AYERS:
      Services for Mrs. Zella J. Ayers, of 956 Miller Ave., will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home.
      Mrs. Ayers, 73, died at 11:50 a.m. Saturday in the Arlington Nursing Home where she had been admitted the pervious day.
      Born Sept. 2, 1890, in Amsterdam, she was the daughter of William and Ella Oakleaf Lamp.
      Her first hushand, Benjamin H. Wheeler, died in 1937.
      Surviving are her husband, James Ayers, five daughters; Mrs. Arthur Cramer, Mrs. Arthur Shaw Jr., Mrs. Robert Franklin, Mrs. Clarence Haynes, and Mrs. George Donley; three sons, Frank, Walter and James Wheeler, of Newark; 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; three brothers: Frank Lamp of Buckeye Lake, Floyd Lamp of Newark, and William Lamp of Rt. 1, Newark; and
a sister, Mrs. Mae Swan of Newark. A son is dead.
      The Rev. Charles Smith will officiate and burial will be in Newark Memorial Gardens.
      Friends may call at the funeral home.

2. Obituary for James Ayers:
      Services for James E. Ayers,son of Samuel and Mary (Shaw) Ayers, 84, 321 Mt. Vernon Road, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Knox officiating. Burial will be in Newark Memorial Gardens.
      Mr. Ayers died this morning in Arlington Nursing Home. He was born Sept. 20, 1899.
      He was self-employed in the refuse business.
      His wife, Zella Justine Ayers, died July 11, 1964. Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Clarence Haynes and Mrs. Arthur Cramer, both of Newark, and Mrs. Robert Franklin of Coshocton; two sons: Frank Wheeler and Walter Wheeler, both of Newark; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
      Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
