Jury: John Keith, John Ashby, John Austin, James Davis, Ephraim Hubbard, William Moore, John Thomas Chunn, James Kamper, James Dowdall, John Rust, Joshua Singleton and John Norriss. The jury found that the debt had not been paid and they do assess the Plaintiff damages by occasion thereof to one penny besides his Costs, the Plaintiff to recover from the Defendant The sum of £24 Current money of Virginia, but the judgment to be discharged by the payment of £4.15s.7d. with int. from 25 Dec. 1772 'til paid.
