I am researching surnames that include Botley, Bottley, Fontenotand Goode. Families are from TX and LA, with some connection to England and possibly Canada (Fontenot). Pertinent dates are 1700's to present.

I am particularly interested in finding information about the marriage of the Botleys and Fontenots from LA. My grandmother, Catherine Fontenot married George Botley. I am trying to find information about August Fontenot, my great grandfather and my great grandmother, whose name was Sephronia (she was Native American).
