| The Boxs arrived in Australia from England on December 26th 1859 (Boxing Day!) The Father, William Box was killed in an an accident when floodwaters ripped through their creek bed home a year later and three small children were left with no family in a strange country.Their mother, Caroline, had died of a chest inflamation 9 months before, just three months after giving birth to their son in the new country. This was the start of the Box's life in Australia. We would love information on what happened to the three children after the incident.We know where thet all died in South Australia but nothing of what happened during their lives! |
