| In 1989 a large family renunion of descendents of Clarke and Isabella was held at Moonbi, New South Wales, Australia. Esther Orman instigated and organised the event and to coincide with the renunion compiled a Family History Book. Lots and lots of hard work, telephone calls, letters etc ! A fantastic effort. I am her Daughter and am now trying to fill in some of the gaps of her research. To date we have some 6,000 twigs and leaves on the family tree. Clarke's brother Richard married Isabella's sister Drusilla Kingsnorth - so we have double cousins !! Some of Richard and Drusilla's family emigrated to the USA and Canada. A sister of Isabella and Drusilla went to New Zealand. I would love to hear from anyone who would like to share any info. |
