| We have been interested in our genealogy for several years and were very fortunate to connect to a well established line through Bill's mother that took us back to 1480 in Fillongly, England, the Deacon Edson line. That success has whetted our appetites but we have had little luck in getting other lines back to European heritage. The Boyd line has been stuck at John Boyd of Philadelphia who is my husband's GGGrandfather. My own family is stopped at Clarence Greenstreet in Indiana, on my Grandfather's side and at Richardson on my Grandmother's side. My mother's family are all Swedes and the ancestors all hail from Sweden. I have found some of those relatives who are still living and am in communication with a dear cousin of my mother's whom she never met. |
