The Schroeder-Lorain Co., / Boyer - Ashland Co, Ohio Family

I am researching the Schroeder family from Lorain County, Ohio, predominently in the Amherst and Elyria areas. Other names from this branch include Hagen and Brandt. Both the Fredrick Schroeder and Frederick Hagen families migrated from Germany about the 1860's settling in the Amherst, Ohio area as farmers.

I am also researching the ancesters of Aaron Shore and Susan Birtzfield (Bortzfield) of Clay Twp, Huntingdon Co., Pa who moved to and died in Fairhaven Twp., Carroll Co., Il. - George H Shore and Viola Agnes Phillips are my grandparents.

My Husband's family is the Isaac R Boyer and Catherine Baker of Pennsylvania. Lawrence H (Harry) Boyer and Mala Kaziah Gray are his parents.
