Airy, North Carolina, to their marriage in Canada and homestead in Washington State. George E. Boyes is my Father's step-father. Ms. Deckard and I are no longer married. Been divorced since August 29, 1992. Frank E. Boyes was born as Frank E. Leonard and was adopted by George E. Boyes at the age of three years old. |
