| I am currently researching both my husband's family and my own. My husband's surnames are: Boydstun, Aston, Baker, and Hough. I have concentrated mostly on the Boydstun line. His branch settled in and around Caddo, Bryan, Oklahoma and were/are members of the Choctaws. My surnames are: Edwards, Wright, Vannaman, Burdan/Borden, Hull, Vanschoonover, Jeffries, Miles, Cox. The Wrights and Vannamans settled in Barber County, Kansas. The Edwards, Jeffries, and Miles branches all ended up in Mayes County, Oklahoma. Check out my research below and if you have any additions or corrections, I'd be happy to hear from you. Am willing to share any information I have. Also to Boydstun family researchers: I have copies of The Boydstun-Boydston Family (3rd ed.), by Gladys Boydstun Domonoske, and also Gustine Courson Weaver's book.
