Roy was born September 08, 1888 in Dorsey, Itawamba County, Mississippi. He passed away March 22, 1956 in Gilmer, Upshur County, Texas.
He moved to Texas in 1938 with his children and his sister, Zuella Little. Roy is buried at Enon Cemetery, Upshur County, Texas, with Zuella, James William and Mildred Mozelle Spann Little and his granddaughter, Clarine Little.
