Tippie was born November 06, 1928. Tippie was an artist. He won a ribbon at the East Texas Yamboree, in Gilmer, Upshur County, Texas in October 1989. Tippie passed away November 06, 1996. He is buried in Kelsey Cemetery, Gilmer, Upshur County, Texas. His wife, Sandra (also an artist) designed their tombstone. Photo provided by S. Spann.
