Cleo Patria was born May 29, 1905 to Idella Massey and John Wesley Gurley. Cleo married Marvin Herring. On Feburary 13, 1923, she married
Tippie Otis Spann Sr. Cleo and Tippie were the parents of two sons. Cleo passed away November 6, 1959 and is buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Upshur County, Texas, beside her relatives. (Massey family) This photo was taken 1947. A. C. Spann is the owner of the photo.
