Jesse James Spann was born December 1, 1891, in Alabama to James Augustus and Frances Marlyn (White) Spann. Jesse married Nancy Litchfield. They are the parents of two or three children. Jesse passed away Feburary 18, 1918 and is buried in Gilmer City Cemetery, Gilmer, Upshur County, Texas. Owner of photos is Geri Braswell.
